Pilot use

Effective October 24, 2026. Sophos Automotive is a pilot service from Sophos Agency for authorized dealership marketing users. Contact matt@sophosagency.ai for support or questions about these pilot conditions.

Authorized access

Connect only accounts and properties you have authority to use. Assign dealership team access carefully. Keep your sign-in private and report unexpected access to us.

Reporting and review

Reports reflect provider data, available coverage, source definitions and the dates shown. Historical data can be revised by the source. Assistant responses and marketing drafts require your review before business decisions or publication. Drafts saved in Sophos do not themselves publish a campaign or change a provider account.

Pilot scope

Features, availability and limits may change as we test the service. This pilot does not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular marketing result or verification of leads or vehicle sales. Paid plans and billing terms will be agreed separately before paid enrollment; connecting a reporting source does not create a paid plan.

Stopping and data requests

You may pause reporting, disconnect a source or revoke provider access. The Privacy notice explains saved data and deletion requests. Contact us if you want to stop participating in the pilot.
